    The Newbury ace won the Development Tour Order of Merit in 2017 after taking five titles, earning him a two-year ProTour card and a place at the 2018 World Darts Championship.

    Since 2018 Luke Humphries has become a well-established player on the professional PDC circuit and immediately met high expectations when he qualified for the UK Open Final. Humphries also became the first player to top the Development Tour Order of Merit in successive years when he again finished first in 2018.

    2019 showed the darting world that Humphries was developing into a great player when he was selected as one of the nine contenders in the newly formatted Unibet Premier League of Darts. Humphries also qualified for the World Championship for the second consecutive year and reached his first quarter-final after defeating the defending champion Rob Cross. Humphries year came to a glittering end when he took glory in the 2019 PDC Unicorn World Youth Championship showing his talent against Adam Gawlas in a 6-0 whitewash for him to take the title. He also reached the PDC 2020 World Championship Quarter final for the second consecutive year to confirm his status as one of the great prospects in the professional game.

    In 2020 Luke’s Professional career has gone from strength to strength and created history by becoming the first challenger to win a Unibet Premier League match where he beat two times World Champion Gary Anderson in a thrilling 7-5 victory.
